He is the CEO and founding partner of Think Unlimited, an AI-powered sales and marketing platform trusted by top home service professionals. Under his leadership, Think Unlimited has generated more than $10 billion in revenue and driven an average 12% increase in revenue per lead by improving close rates and ticket prices.
Steve previously served as CEO of Luna Flooring for over two decades, where he grew revenue from $1 million to over $80 million, expanded into four new markets, and significantly broadened the product offering. He later led Luna Brands through a successful sale to Empire Today at 15x EBITDA and joined Empire’s Board of Directors, where he served through its acquisition by Charlesbank in 2021.
