Lukasz has a substantial background in private equity, with expertise in key areas including investment sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring and financing, and portfolio company management. With a decade of experience at Akoya Capital, Lukasz brings a strong understanding of the industry and the factors that drive successful investments and has been actively involved in the firm’s investment activities.
Prior to joining Akoya, Lukasz worked with private equity firms Thoma Bravo, LLC, and Pfingsten Partners, LLC.
Lukasz has a BS degree in Business and Economics with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting from North Park University.
When he is not pursuing investments, Lukasz enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Izabela, and their dog Leila. Lukasz stays active and enjoys the outdoors, in particular when combined with travel and good food, which allows him to indulge in his passion for exploration.
