Harley joined Akoya in 2024 and has 25+ years of experience in the residential home services industry, most recently as the Co-Founder and CEO of Window Nation, a window installation company headquartered in Fulton, Maryland. In his role as CEO at Window Nation, Harley focused on marketing and operations for the organization while his brother Aaron served as President and focused on sales and marketing and oversaw the entire sales operation for the Company.
Under Harley’s leadership, Window Nation achieved scale and expanded to over 20 markets across the country; his focus on serving the customer and efficient operations turned Window Nation into the largest non-franchise window installation company in the country.
During his time at Window Nation, Harley navigated the Company through two acquisitions, by Cortec Group in 2018 and subsequently by AEA Investors in 2021. Harley stayed on throughout the entirety of the hold period by Cortec and helped them realize an impressive return on investment. With the second sale of the business, the Company achieved a record purchase multiple for a window company.
Harley and his brother Aaron have experience owning and operating other businesses together, including restaurants, bars, and car dealerships.
